Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking, walked to the ridge

BBC Jeep Kintamani also offers the Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking Tour for guests who want the summit on foot. A local guide leads the walk. This is not the jeep morning.

The photographs show the ridge, the lake, and the neighbouring volcano in early light. Cloud and whether the sun is visible are not guaranteed. Pickup, timing, and which package you walk are confirmed when you ask.

Tirta Empul Temple

The sunrise jeep that continues to Tirta Empul

One BBC Jeep Kintamani morning does not end at the viewpoint. After sunrise it stops at Akasa Coffee and Segara Windhu, then at Tirta Empul Temple, known for its sacred spring-water pools.

Temple entrance is included. You may observe the pools. Joining a purification is a personal choice, not part of the booking, and no spiritual outcome is promised. The day is listed as 10 hours, with Tirta Empul around 10:00 AM. If you enter the water, bring the towel and extra clothes named on the package, and dress in a way that respects the temple.

Alas Harum · Cretya Ubud

After sunrise, the morning continues at Alas Harum and Cretya Ubud

One BBC Jeep Kintamani package leaves the viewpoint for Segara Windhu, then Alas Harum, then Cretya Ubud. Alas Harum entrance is included. Cretya entrance or pool access is not.

Alas Harum is the agritourism stop: garden paths, a woven nest in the trees, and a moss-covered stone face. Cretya Ubud is the pool club above the rice terraces. The visit is on the itinerary. Paying to enter or use the pool is separate from the booking.

Kanto Lampo Waterfall

The sunrise jeep that stops at Kanto Lampo

One BBC Jeep Kintamani morning adds Kanto Lampo after sunrise, Black Lava, Akasa Coffee, and Segara Windhu. The waterfall entrance is included. The visit is listed around 11:30 AM on a 10-hour day.

Water spreads across dark rock, with a pool at the base. These pictures show people standing on the rocks. Flow, crowds, and whether you can enter the water are not guaranteed. Sunrise visibility is not guaranteed either.

Akasa Cafe

BBC Jeep Kintamani stops at Akasa Specialty Coffee on the Kintamani crater rim. It is on the Black Lava and Akasa morning, on the day that continues to Kanto Lampo, and on the day that continues to Tirta Empul. A meal is not listed as included on the Black Lava and Akasa package.

The terrace looks over the volcano and the valley. One photograph has the Akasa name on the rail. Two other frames in this set show a different name: an Amora Bali sign, and a Paperhills mug. Paperhills is a separate cafe stop on its own packages.

One BBC Jeep Kintamani morning continues to Janu Resto and the lakeside hot spring. The umbrella in this photograph reads Janu. A hot spring voucher is included. A meal is not.

The stop is listed around 7:30 AM, then Paperhills Cafe and Segara Windhu. The night frame shows the same pools lit. The package is a morning visit, not an evening one. Bring swimwear, a towel, and extra clothes, as named on that package.
